Wonderful Hotel Experience!
helpful staff birthday surprise free shuttle
I found the staff very cheerful and helpful throughout my stay. They arranged a birthday surprise for my husband, which I really appreciated. The hotel also provides a free shuttle service to the city center. This made getting around so easy and saved on transportation costs.
The air conditioning in my room was not working correctly , so the room felt very warm. I reported the issue to the front desk, but the problem was not resolved promptly.

The room was clean and spacious with all necessary amenities. I had a toothbrush , slippers, and robes, as well as bathroom essentials including hair conditioner. The large bed offered a very restful sleep.

The reception staff greeted me with politeness and were very pleasant to speak with. One staff member provided medicine when I felt unwell, and I always felt taken care of. The staff promptly addressed all my needs.

Breakfast included a variety of dishes, and all of them tasted delicious. I enjoyed fresh orange juice daily with my meal. The service staff in the restaurant were very polite and attentive.

perfect pillows fruit basket
The staff provided a pillow menu when i asked for non-feather pillows. The pillows i received were perfect! parisa arranged for a basket of fruit and chocolates in my room. I appreciated this kind gesture.

I appreciated the free shuttle service to the airport and certain tourist spots. This made commuting very simple! the breakfast offered many options with fresh pastries. the staff were always well-mannered and ready to assist, especially regarding directions.

the view from the restaurant was good, i could see a lot from up there.
The location was not ideal for me. it was quite far from many tourist areas. the breakfast was also only mediocre. I wish they had more variety

Staff members show extreme politeness plus eagerness to assist. A gentleman, Fatih Selalmaz, Hakan Sencan, Samir, and Ali Osman got my special thanks. The upgrade to a sea view room was appreciated. I hope to visit this location again soon.

The room was big and comfortable. There were nice notes and chocolates on our bed each evening. The bathroom is large with good equipment. I found the bed nice.
