Wonderful Hotel Experience!

I found the staff very cheerful and helpful throughout my stay. They arranged a birthday surprise for my husband, which I really appreciated. The hotel also provides a free shuttle service to the city center. This made getting around so easy and saved on transportation costs.
The air conditioning in my room was not working correctly , so the room felt very warm. I reported the issue to the front desk, but the problem was not resolved promptly.

The room was clean and spacious with all necessary amenities. I had a toothbrush , slippers, and robes, as well as bathroom essentials including hair conditioner. The large bed offered a very restful sleep.

The reception staff greeted me with politeness and were very pleasant to speak with. One staff member provided medicine when I felt unwell, and I always felt taken care of. The staff promptly addressed all my needs.

Breakfast included a variety of dishes, and all of them tasted delicious. I enjoyed fresh orange juice daily with my meal. The service staff in the restaurant were very polite and attentive.

perfect pillowsfruit basket
The staff provided a pillow menu when i asked for non-feather pillows. The pillows i received were perfect! parisa arranged for a basket of fruit and chocolates in my room. I appreciated this kind gesture.
